If you want to learn as much as possible about Washington DC - this is your excursion!
You will visit the most interesting places in the US capital.

Day 1.
Early in the morning* (see pick-up locations below) we leave New York.
The route from New York to the US capital passes through the states of New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia.
On the way - interesting information on the history and sights of these states and the country, stops for coffee/snacks.
Upon arrival in Washington, we head to the Capitol for a tour and to the Library of Congress - the workplace of the US Congress and Senate (the visit is included in the tour price).
Then - to Lafayette Park, from where a beautiful view of the White House opens up.
By the end of the first day we visit the Lincoln and Korean War memorials.
Accommodation and overnight at the hotel.

Day 2.
Breakfast at the hotel.
After breakfast, we leave the hotel and continue exploring the city.
We pass by the Arlington Memorial Cemetery in the state of Virginia (without visiting).
If possible, visit the memorial to President Kennedy.
Climb to one of the city's observation platforms and then a full museum day:
you can visit the main museums - the National Gallery, the Cosmonaut Museum, the National Museum of Natural History and others.
Departure to New York is planned for about 2 p.m. Arrival time at various starting points is usually from 8 to 9:30 p.m., depending on road and weather conditions. (The exact arrival time is not announced).

with breakfast:

For arrivals on March 29 and April 5, 2025 (sakura) additional payment +$20 per person.

• Bus (minibus or other transport, depending on the group)

The tour price does not include:

For tourists living in Manhattan, we recommend starting the tour in Brooklyn at the first pick-up location.

Group tour booking conditions:
- For couples and tourists traveling together in groups of 2-4, the price of the tour of ½ Dbl is confirmed immediately upon booking the tour, subject to accommodation in the same room.
- For one tourist, the price of ½ Dbl is confirmed upon booking, subject to the availability of an agreed additional room.
If possible, we select a couple for the room (for a woman - a woman, for a man - a man).
The selection of a couple is not guaranteed until the tour is paid.
Claims regarding the selection (age, religion, health, character, etc. - are not accepted!)

If the company is unable to organize additional rooming, then the tour participant is confirmed the price and accommodation only at the Sngl base.
- For children aged 6-12 years, subject to accommodation in a room with 2 adults, a 15% discount on the cost of the group tour is provided.
- Children under 6 years old can only participate in an individual tour.
- The seating arrangement for tourists on buses is determined by a company employee or guide at the time of booking! The company reserves the right to change the seating arrangements for tourists on the tour during the organization of the tour.
Terms for booking additional excursions on the tour:
- All additional excursions are pre-booked during the tour booking and are non-refundable.
- The company reserves the right to cancel, with a full refund, additional excursions, provided that the majority of the group does not visit the selected tourist site

Discounts for clients when booking tours:
1. Early booking:
- 5% - When booking a tour 6 months before the tour start date and with an advance payment of at least 50% of the cost of the booked tour.
- 3% - When booking a tour 3 months before the tour start date and with an advance payment of at least 50% of the cost of the booked tour. 2. Regular customers:
- 3%* Repeated participation in the tour within 2 years from the start date of the previous tour.
*Participation in one-day excursions is not taken into account.
3. Group leaders and promoters:
- 5%* for each tourist who travels with you on the same tour. *The discount does not apply to family members!
- 100% discount on participation in the tour if the tourist brings a group of 9 people on the same tour! Discounts are cumulative!

Excursion services and service support.
- Excursion services for the group throughout the tour, as a rule, are carried out by one guide.
- In a tour of up to 5-11 tourists, as a rule, the tour is led by one guide-driver.
- In a tour with 40 or more tourists, an additional presence of a company representative is possible, who will be responsible for organizational issues during the tour.

Accommodation in hotels during the tour - COMFORT CLASS - 3 *
A tour with accommodation in hotels of the comfort class category involves staying in 3 * hotels according to the European classification. Hotels can be both city and suburban. The rooms are fully equipped, as in the tourist class, but all are of a higher quality level and increased comfort. There are options for apart-hotels with a small kitchen in the room or several rooms for accommodating a family. As a rule, on the territory of the hotel there is a business zone, a conference room, a fitness room and a swimming pool, a laundry. Parking.
Breakfast in hotels of this category is of higher quality and variety than in tourist class hotels. This class of hotel is the best choice between price and quality and is highly recommended for tourists who value the quality of accommodation in the room and in the hotel as a whole!

Transportation services for regular and individual groups of 6-11 seats
- Transportation services in the eastern part of the United States are provided by Chevrolet Express vans, Ford Transit GMC Savana or similar Vans - Chevrolet Express - up to 11 people.

Transportation services for regular groups of 12 seats and more.

Transportation services for groups are provided by buses of 12 to 55-60 seats
- The tour is organized in such a way that the total time of the excursion and transportation services per day is no more than 10-12 hours.

The exact time of boarding is agreed upon one day before departure!
Attention! Disembarkation AFTER THE TOUR may be in another place in Upper Manhattan. Due to heavy traffic and constant traffic jams on the roads in the Upper Manhattan area, depending on the traffic situation, disembarkation may be in Queens or Brooklyn.
